Our established client in consulting is seeking a full-time permanent Administrative Assistant to join their team. This is a hybrid role requiring three days a week on-site in Downtown Toronto.
Role and Responsibilities
- Scheduling and calendar management
- Meeting coordination
- Expense management
- Prepare documentation, reports, presentations, and other materials as needed
- Develop and implement operational processes and procedures to increase efficiency
- Client correspondence
- Event coordination
- Project support
- Other administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications And Skills
- Must have competed a post-secondary Degree or Diploma
- Must have a minimum of 3-5 years of administrative support experience
- Experience working in the consulting industry/professional services is a strong asset
- Must be proficient in MS Office
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be highly organized and detail-oriented
- Must have strong problem-solving skills
- Must have the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a deadline-driven busy environment
