Spotlight Studio Looking for Marketing & Content Creator at Remote Full Time

Responsibilities Include:

• MARKETING CAMPAIGNS: Take lead on building ads, and copy, as well as coordinating the creation of landing pages, creatives, and other needle-moving assets that increase conversion rates and the overall performance of your campaigns

• Create and monitor A/B test engaging, relevant ad copies and landing pages to improve key metrics, learn more about customers and identify more impactful tests

• Plan, execute, manage, and optimize Paid Search and Social channels campaigns that align with business objectives

• Consistently look for opportunities to increase the number of new leads (organic, paid marketing, live events etc.)

• PODCAST BOOKING: Book our founder (Mary Morgan) on guest podcasts & shows that are relevant to increase reach and brand engagement

• PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEOGRAPHY: Meet with Mary a few times a month in person to film content, take photos, and build a content database.

• COPY: Write blogs, website copy, emails, funnels, and landing pages that drive sales & conversions.

• CONTENT CREATION: Use photo, video, and copy assets to grow our organic social media presence and build a database of stellar content our sales team can use to direct warm leads to, and speed up the sales process.

• RESEARCH: Conduct social listening and content audits.

• Build a database of inspiration, Maintaining a pulse on all market trends and lead team in deploying strategies that are in alignment with the brand while staying cutting edge.

• GROWTH: In depth personal development in all areas related to social media, ad strategy, digital marketing, SEO, and up and coming trends, platforms, and strategies for marketing growth, brand presence, and lead generation.

• Ability to manage your workload, understanding how to prioritize and communicate when support is needed.

• Able to coach clients within our paid programs on marketing strategy, branding, and overall growth

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in performance marketing: online advertising, media buying, lead generation, content creation, social media management

• Proven and strong skills in ad copywriting (Direct Response Copywriting) is a MUST!

• Excellent knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite

• Able to execute creative vision from ideation to execution

Ideal candidate should have:

• Photography & video background

• Direct response copywriting

• Highly proficient verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong technical aptitude or willingness to learn

• Strong interpersonal skills for interacting effectively with key internal and external contacts

• Judgment and resourcefulness to solve problems independently

• Self-motivated and demonstrates initiative in identifying opportunities, discerning a clear path forward and acting upon them swiftly
