Role Overview & Responsibilities:
The Recruitment Coordinator will be part of the global Recruiting & Talent Development team, focused on data management, delivering interview coordination, sourcing strategies and candidate engagement to support our global recruitment efforts across Technology. This candidate should be flexible and will flourish if they are comfortable working in a high paced and challenging environment.
We are looking to fill two Recruitment Coordinator roles, one will focus on experienced recruitment and one will focus on junior recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating with interviews
- Help to manage the candidate pipeline and progress candidates through interview cycles in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain and manage accurate data in applicant tracking system to ensure data integrity and compliance
- Promote our job openings on local and university job boards
- Support the team in the planning and execution of on-campus recruitment events
- Respond to all internal or external recruiting-related inquiries with a sense of urgency and follow up as appropriate
- Analyze high amounts of data, generate reports to support business strategies and decisions
- Schedule and hold prescreen interviews with candidates
- Coordinate other administrative duties surrounding recruiting efforts as needed
Skillset Required:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field
- 1-3 years of prior experience from recruitment agency and/or inhouse preferred (experienced recruitment)
- 1-2 years of experience in campus and/or tech recruiting preferred (junior recruitment)
- Previous experience working with Greenhouse or other ATS preferred
- Familiarity with recruiting on social media and local job boards
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Experience in a fast-paced, evolving work environment
- Initiative to follow through on tasks and problem solve
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to prioritize
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Suite
