Who are you?

SRTX is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the People team. The role will be responsible for the full 360 recruitment for both professional and technical roles. You will be sourcing, screening and managing candidates through our interview process right to the offer stage. You will be passionate about hiring exceptional talent with a commitment to providing a best in class hiring experience. This is an opportunity to work within a growing team, helping to define TA best practices and iterate current processes with new innovations. Responsibilities

• Conceive and implement initiatives to attract top talent, building great candidate pipelines and managing the end to end recruiting process
• Generate and strive for excellence in the candidate experience
• Conduct initial phone screens of candidates, scheduling further interviews as required
• Gather and provide timely interview feedback to candidates
• Support hiring managers through the interview and any related aptitude assessments
• Standardize and maintain job postings across the board
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, cultural fit, and potential
• Provide recommendations and make necessary changes to attract the right candidates
• Organize and attend job fairs
• Provide regular updates and reports

Qualifications

• Fluently Bilingual (French and English)
• Proven track record in owning and iterating the 360 recruiting process with experience sourcing passive candidates via LinkedIn or other job boards
• Passion for delivering excellent candidate experience and customer service experience internally
• High level of adaptability in a constantly changing environment, always seeking to learn and continuously improve
• Ability to build strong relationships; great communication skills
• Available to be on-site
• A deep understanding of recruitment platforms, ATS and building reports
