Job Description
Reporting to the Senior Product/Program Manager, the Business Analyst is responsible for supporting the product management team in evaluating requirements for new features and enhancements. Working cross-functionally, he/she will support gathering requirements, plan, execute, measure product initiatives, and own documentation of evaluation and delivery; helping to ensure that SSENSE delivers a world-class shopping experience to its customers. As a Business Analyst, you will get visibility into the executive team at SSENSE and be exposed to growth opportunities through a blend of on-the-job experience, training, mentorship, and support from the entire Product team.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Product Development and Delivery(80%)
Lead requirement gathering and analyse stakeholder pain and passion points
Document requirements, test cases and project related artefacts in centralised tools like JIRA, Confluence, Lucidcharts etc
Work with developers, QA within and across other teams to align on scope and delivery
Document problem statements, business opportunity, feature releases and their all rounded impact
Provide support for the end-to-end product management and development
Lead change management for new feature introductions and enhancements with stakeholders
Product Strategy (20%)
Conduct cost-benefit and other financial analysis for potential projects and business cases
Research and drive 360 degree feature & enhancement impact analysis
Provide detailed insights to support product management decisions
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Master’s degree, an asset
A minimum of 1-2 years relevant work experience in a business analysis, consultancy, software development, or product management role
Exposure to digital products, software development lifecycle and prior retail or e-commerce experience preferred
