Job Description
Reporting to the Associate Manager of Logistics, the Logistics Coordinator is responsible for monitoring shipments and maintaining customs compliance, assisting the Logistics Supervisor as requested. They will action logistics tickets, track shipments and liaise with carriers and internal departments to troubleshoot any issues and ensure shipments arrive at their destination within the required timeframes.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Resolve logistics tickets and issues in a timely manner
Track outbound and return shipments; contact carriers with inquiries as needed
Ensure SSENSE Service Level Agreements with transport Carriers and transport partners are upheld by reviewing carrier performance dashboards and reports
Communicate with internal (Customer service and Warehouse) and external (Carriers, brokers) stakeholders to troubleshoot shipments
Participate in defining and implementing new logistics processes within the company
Contribute to the preparation and update of weekly performance reports
Observe, suggest, and improve internal processes as required
Qualifications
Certificate in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, or relevant experience
A minimum of 1-2 years experience in logistics or brokerage
Experience working in an e-commerce environment, an asset
Experience working with a ticketing system (Zendesk)
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
Good written and verbal communication skills in English and French

Solid interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build relationships
