Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Supervisor / Handyman in the Greater Toronto Area, Canada. The Construction Supervisor / Handyman will be responsible for supervising and coordinating construction projects, as well as performing maintenance tasks and repairs. The Construction Supervisor / Handyman will manage and coordinate all contractors and subcontractors for the project and ensure that the work is done in accordance with the project specifications and timeline.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in construction supervision and/or handyman services
• Proficient in all necessary hand and power tools to complete construction tasks and repairs
• Good time-management skills and ability to multitask
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Must adhere to safety practices and procedures on the job site
• Experience in project management and knowledge of local building codes and regulations is an asset
• A degree or diploma in Construction Management or a related field is preferred but not required
