Stallion Express is the parent company of Shippsy (www.shippsy.com), the brand that you will primarily be working on. Shippsy is a B2C innovative solution for cross border shopping that allows Canadians access to US retailers that only ship to US addresses.
Shippsy was only launched in late 2019, but we’ve already processed over 100,000 packages… and counting!

What’s the job?
We are looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. Reporting directly to the Customer Experience Manager of Shippsy, this role will be responsible for managing accounts, onboarding new clients, and maintaining the highest standards when it comes to client service.
Responsibilities:
- Manage current and new client accounts for Shippsy
- Responsible for handling all calls and email inquiries from Quebec clients.
- Assist clients with technical issues, escalations and responding to general inquiries.
- Work closely with Shippsy team to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain trusting relationships with clients.
Skill Set:
- Entry-level customer service experience
- Intermediate/Advanced written and verbal knowledge in French (Quebec) and English.
- Experience in eCommerce would be an asset!
- Self-driven, excellent communication, with an ability to build trusting relationships with clients.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Location: This is a remote, work from home position. The successful candidate will be working M-F 11am-7pm shift.
Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 3 months
Salary: $18.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
