Star Employment Looking for Project Coordinator (HP) at Oshawa, Ontario, Canada Full Time

We are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator for one of our client located in Oshawa. The company is in the business of Elevator Manufacturing.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate day-to-day tasks and schedule workers at customer locations.
• Ability to work and communicate effectively with other departments.
• Building strong relationships with workers and clients is a necessity.
• Meeting project deadlines with minimal interruption.

Requirements:

• 2-3 Project Coordination/Management experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Gantt Charts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• PMP Certification would be an asset.
• Strong customer service skills are a necessity.
• Strong verbal and communication skills.
• The ability to work effectively and independently, multi-task, and stay organized under pressure is required.
• Time management and priority management skills are necessary.
• Friendly, flexible, talented, creative, highly motivated worker and communicator.

Position conditions:

• Largely sedentary position.
• Minimal travel may be required throughout the GTA.

Shift Time: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (Mon – Thurs)

7:00 am to 12:00 pm (Fri)
