What we do
We are a tech start-up in a growth phase founded in 2015. We operate in the hospitality sector managing Airbnb, Booking, and wholesalers listings – to name a few – from pricing and booking inquiries right through to guest arrival and departure.
Using our in-house technology platform we help landlords achieve revenue uplift for their properties while providing our guests with a convenient short-let stay. In that sense, we have two customers and we are driven toward providing them both with a fantastic experience.
We are completing the gap in the travel technology industry by bridging together travel channels inventory that otherwise won’t be available, as a result delivering flexibility to our guests at competitive rates.

About the role:
We are looking for B2B Sales Agent who will play a fundamental role in helping Staykeepers expand its already existing property portfolio. This is a high-impact, contributor role that remains instrumental to our expansion and growth by acquiring and widening our extensive property portfolio in Canada.
This position offers a great opportunity to help shape and develop the travel market industry in Canada and worldwide, and also to alter the current short to mid-term rental properties supply. Your primary role will be to identify short-term to mid-term rental opportunities through your existing or by creating new relationships with institutional property owners and managers across multifamily and student housing assets.
You will report to your line manager, and work directly with internal cross-functional stakeholders. We’re looking for experienced agents who are charismatic, deal-closers and savvy negotiators who bring deep relationships with owners, lenders, and brokers in the multifamily and student housing industry with a demonstrated track record of B2B, assessing and procuring different units to accelerate revenue growth.
The ideal candidate operates with a growth mindset, thrives in unstructured environments, executes decisions with sound judgment, and is resilient; remaining excited by the challenge!
Attributes we will be looking for:
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding KPIs within B2B environment (must have proof)
Minimum of 1+ year of Business Development Experience within a B2B company (must have proof)
The ideal candidate will have experience in Real Estate (will be given priority)
Ability to generate leads and close sales
Excellent communication (previous property tech / real estate / short let experience preferred)
Fluency in English

Your main responsibilities will be:
Become an expert on our product
Build a steady pipeline of prospects and convert those into clients
Bring a steady supply of new clients
Expand our footprint in the Canadian market and potentially open new markets for the company
Gather feedback from prospects and customers, centralize, and communicate internally
Identify emerging market shifts and trends while being fully aware of new products and competition status
Ensure KPIs are being met and exceeded
Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs
Follow the sales process and update CRM client records accordingly
Internal communication with Sales and Lead Gen teams
