About the Role
We are seeking for a Financial Data Entry Clerk to join our team! This role will be responsible for running ERP software programs to enter financial data such as accounts payable and receivable, disbursements, expense vouchers and receipts, and many more. The ideal candidate will have junior level experience in data entry and knowledge of ERP, and can thrive in a fast-paced work environment and changing priorities.
Position Details
Position Status: Full-Time
Location: Calgary, AB (NE)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
Duties and Responsibilities
Prepare, maintain, and ensure accuracy of data entry or accounting documents and records
Reconcile accounts as per proposed deadlines
Enter key data of financial transactions in ERP systems
Research, track, and restore accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies
Client interaction to compile require accounting data
Skills and Qualifications
Knowledge of ERP Systems preferred
Excellent communication skills
Proficient in MS Office, especially Word and Excel
Understanding and/or experience in the manufacturing industry an asset
Ability to multitask and remain attentive to details
Ability to maintain organization and meet deliverable against agreed milestones
