About the role
Steer North America is looking for a motivated, self-starting, problem-solver and collaborative professional to fill our Business Administrator position. This person will be working in our North American Finance Team in support of accounting transactions, reporting, and compliance which have contributed to our company’s ongoing success in the United States, Canada, and beyond.
This person will be a contributing member of Steer’s North American Business Delivery Group, which is comprised of finance, human resources, marketing, legal, L&D, recruitment, facilities, and IT experts. In combination, these disciplines provide us with the breadth and depth to deliver integrated and innovative solutions to the organization.
Our Global Finance unit brings together a mix of international finance professionals. We combine our understanding of people, context and function to deliver innovative solutions which helps to make Steer successful.
The Business Administrator will work in a dynamic environment across functions and borders and provide wider support to our business for Steer’s internal initiatives.

Work Environment
All Steer employees seeking a full-time opportunity are encouraged to spend 60% of their time either in office or on-site with clients. An employee’s typical work week consists of 37.5 hours. Hours, expectations, and exemption status will be adjusted for any applicant seeking a part-time opportunity.
Benefits
For our Canadian applicants, we offer a competitive package of benefits including private medical, dental, and vision insurance, a group Share Incentive Plan, a 3% RRSP contribution and a discretionary yearly bonus based on annual compensation (dependent upon individual and company performance).
Additionally, we offer up to 22 vacation days, 13 paid holidays, and competitive sick days.
