Summary:

We are looking for a talented Storyboard Revisionist to join us on Seth Rogen’s Animated Project for Amazon Studios!

What We Need:

• Teamwork with other storyboard artists and revisionists to implement notes to existing story panels

• Provide drawings, from thumbnails to final clean digital images, that ensure the storyboard panels meet the creative goals of the series.

• Work under the guidance of  the Director, Storyboard Supervisor and other Creative Stakeholders  to discuss storytelling direction and objectives and requirements for revisions and notes.

• Ensure that storyboards align with the creative ambitions, vision and style for the series.

• Ensuring continuity from shot-to-shot in assigned sequences, as well as collaborating with other story artists to ensure continuity from sequence to sequence.

• Work closely with editorial to provide materials to be cut into the story reel.

• Provide status updates, troubleshoot, and review potential changes with production staff.

  Your Experience, Talents and Abilities:

• Industry experience as a storyboard artist revisionist with a focus on action and/or comedy.

• Experience on a 3D CG series a definite asset

• Excellent drawing and staging skills with a demonstrated sense of storytelling, staging, composition, camera work and character acting.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Proven ability to manage time and meet deadlines

• Strong knowledge of Storyboard Pro and Photoshop.

• Understanding digital file management protocols.

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment

• Able to work efficiently on a timeline, while maintaining consistency and quality

• Eligible to work in BC or Ontario
