• Assist with the coordination and execution of company events, conferences, and team meetings.
• Act as a gatekeeper by managing phone calls, emails, and other communications on behalf of executives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and effective communication within the organization.
• Maintain confidential information and handle sensitive documents with utmost professionalism.
• Undertake special projects and assignments as delegated by executives, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong editing and proofreading abilities.
• Proficient in using productivity tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and project management software.
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all work produced.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative while also being a collaborative team player.
• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a professional demeanor.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Previous experience in executive support or administrative roles is a plus, but not required.
