Program Advisor

We are currently seeking a Program Advisor to join our dynamic Admissions team! This individual will be responsible for all activities related to student enrollment.
- Location: Surrey, BC/Remote (must be local)
- Employment Type: Full-time
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide specific details on programs, college services, industry needs, and employment opportunities to prospective students.
- Inform students of program requirements, sources of financing, as well as college policies and procedures.
- Tracks and monitor student inquiries, follow-ups, and enrollment numbers.
- Build and maintain complete student files (in regard to registration, financing, and alternative documentation);
- Stay up to date on program details, industry trends, and the job market.
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in the areas of coaching, career planning, or sales
- Degree or Diploma in Business, Communications, or a related discipline would be preferred
- Background in higher education is a huge asset
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly organized with an ability to multitask and great attention to detail
