NORTH ISLAND NISSAN is looking for a Customer Experience Manager to join our team in our busy dealership. Responsibilities:
- Managing and supporting the customer experience in Sales and Service
- Administrative duties such as reporting and filing
- Inventory Management
- Engaging with customers while they are on site
- Reception duties when required
Requirements:
- Can work independently and as part of a team
- Friendly and engaging personality
- Detail oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Hours:
The hours are full time Monday-Friday; 9am-5pm
Wage:
Starting @ $21 per hour plus monthly bonuses

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Position is in Campbell River, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Customer Service: 2 years (preferred)
