We are currently seeking a Billing Clerk to join our team based out of either the Firm’s St. John’s, NL or Halifax, NS office.
Type of Position: Full-Time, Permanent
Close Date: July 19, 2024
The Opportunity:
An integral member of the Firm’s Finance team, our Billing Clerks are responsible for assisting in the billing process and liaising closely with lawyers, assistants and clients for a variety of billing-related tasks.
The successful candidate will be responsible for processing and posting of the Firm’s prebills and final bills, processing account write-offs, printing final bills & distributing to clients, and answering general billing inquiries from staff. The successful candidate will also provide back-up coverage for e-billing support among other duties, as assigned.
If you are an accounting or administrative professional with relevant experience and/or education, an aptitude for numbers, and working knowledge of Microsoft Office, we want to hear from you!
