We’re looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Receptionist. The ideal candidate for this role is someone who is capable of handling multiple priorities and working independently. In addition to answering inbound calls, a Receptionist is responsible for handling mail and messages, scheduling appointments, light cleaning of treatment rooms between clients and laundering of small towels. Training will be provided using our Practice Perfect scheduling platform as well as our phone processes. Our receptionists have regular recurring shifts each week so you will be able to have good work-life balance knowing your schedule. There is opportunity for extra hours from time to time as the receptionists are very supportive at covering shifts for each other when needed.

Responsibilities:

• Answer phones and greet clients, visitors, and delivery people in a professional and friendly manner.
• Be polite and courteous to clients, visitors, and delivery people.
• Resolve client disputes.
• Prepare and gather materials for meetings.
• Warmly welcome clients, visitors, and delivery people to the organization.
• Assist physiotherapists as needed.
• Keep client information confidential at all times.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 18-20 per week

Salary: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
