Team Leader Job Summary
Team Leaders are responsible for project set up, managing customer deliverables and team
member expectations and general supervision.Ongoing training with team to maintain
consistent work and communication with customers and employees.Team Leaders travel to
manufacturing plants,where the parts are being manufactured and warehouses where parts
are being stored to supervise teams of quality inspectors.
Team Leader Job Responsibilities & Duties
Responsible for ensuring all teams within assigned location(s) are operating according to
standards and requirements
Assist with the development of work instructions
Ensure quality inspectors are adhering to health and safety practices for duration of projects
Serves as interim acting job leader when project supervisor is unavailable
Sort and inspect parts
Train and supervise subordinates
Ensures all team members have proper equipment, tools, required to full project needs
Communicates with customer/job site contacts as needed on job requirements
Completes data and submit reports to area manager for assigned projects
Completes required training and orientation classes

High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
Intermediate to advance MS office skills

Must have own vehicle
Willingness to work mid night shifts
