Role Description
This is a part-time on-site Assistant role located in Mississauga, ON, at Streetsville Sports and Physiotherapy. The hours are Saturdays from approximately 10-3. The Assistant will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as greeting clients, booking appointments, answering and directing phone calls, performing administrative tasks, administerint modalities, supervising exercise programs and assisting in maintaining a clean and organized clinic space.
Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Jane software
- Experience in customer service
- Familiarity with medical terminology is an asset
- Post-secondary education in kinesiology, PTA/OTA, healthcare or related field
- Experience in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting is an asset
