Our company is looking for a dedicated Patient Care Support Specialist to handle patient duties as well as general office management tasks. When our patients walk into our office, we want them to find a friendly, smiling face and a helping hand. The ideal candidate leads an active healthy life so they can care for others, has excellent communication skills, a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
Two shift are avaiable 1. M, W, F 9am-6:45pm and 2. Tuesday Thursday from Approx. 1:30pm-6:45pm.
Duties:
o Primary Responsibility: Documentation of clinical encounter, cleaning chiropractic tables between patients and performing patient histories and examination
o Checking in and checking out patients at the front desk.
o Communication skills; answering the phone and booking patient visits;
o Ability to deal with multiple interruptions in fast paced environment.
o Adapt your personality to the needs of the patient
o Create a Disney Experience: safe and fun environment for patients and rest of team.
Skills:
-Knowledge of spreadsheets and word processing documents
-Ability to create organized filing system
-Exceptional customer service skills and professional phone manner
-Exceptional writing skills
-Typing speed of at least 60 WPM
-Overachieving attitude and enhanced work ethic
No experience necessary, we will train you! Only a great attitude required.
