We are currently looking for an IT Manager to join our IT team and help us grow! This full-time position is available to candidates based in Canada only.
Responsibilities:
Handle the day-to-day management of company tools and cloud-based solutions.
Manage a mix of cloud environments, i.e., public, private, and hybrid cloud solutions. AWS / MS Azure / GCP
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues in various cloud service solutions such as EC2, RDS, S3, IAM, Azure AD, etc.
Assist developers in successfully deploying and implementing company tool/software developments.
Resolve helpdesk support tickets via telephone, chat, email, and sometimes in-person.
Fundamental skills in network and systems administration for on-prem and cloud environments.
Understand key cybersecurity concepts, ISMS objectives.
Help to implement IT security controls using current cybersecurity best practices.
Oversee the organization’s cloud computing strategy
Project the potential costs, benefits, and ROI of cloud computing adoption.
Analyze legacy systems for a potential migration to the automated CI+CD pipelines.
