In this position you will be part of our Production Team, working as a Halal Blessor generally 2 nights a week (Tuesday and Fridays). All hours not worked as a Blessor will be worked in a production position within the plant.
HALAL BLESSOR JOB DUTIES AND REQUIREMENTS:
Blessor must be wiling to get registered with the Halal Certifying Body
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Commitment to Halal slaughtering requirements
Must work well with team other members
Excellent hand-eye coordination and decision-making skills
Basic security clearance
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
Blessor must be male adult practicing Muslim
Blessor must be familiar with the basics of Halal slaughtering
High School education required
Good English and communication skills required

There is an additional hourly pay rate for the Halal Blessor portion of this position
