Sunshine Painting Inc. Looking for Painting Supervisor-Construction at Brampton, ON Full Time

1. Supervise workers and projects, ensure work timelines are fulfilled;

2. Coordinate and schedule work activities, ensure availability of workers and subcontractors;

3. Estimate cost and material and requisition for material, equipment, and supplies as and when required;

4. Train workers and arrange for training regarding work activities and workplace safety compliance;

5. Preparation of work progress reports;

6. Ensure workplace safety standards are followed;

7. Resolve conflicts to increase quality and performance and manage customer satisfaction;

8. Other such duties as assigned.

Experience/Education required:

· 3 years or more

· Completion of secondary school is required

· Higher education is an asset.

Abilities:

· Supervision of 3-5 people and may be required to manage more with time

· Ability to travel with the team

· Reliable, organized and good team worker

Salary/compensation:

$32.0-$35 per hour based on experience
