We are currently looking for an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join us in making vacation dreams come true. As the Accounts Receivable Clerk, you will be responsible for ensuring requests are received via queues, phone, emails and/or other departments are processed in a timely manner. The AR Clerk takes action to resolve issues and addresses outstanding balances all while maintaining excellent customer service. What You’ll Do
- Investigates unbalanced bookings and payments related to calls received
- Researches credit cards payments
- Locates missing vouchers
- Follows up on PDG requests
- Responsible for reviewing and updating bookings from Accounting QUEUES
- Apply various types of vouchers to bookings
- Refunding credit cards
- Transfer’s payments as required
- Invoices as needed
- Involves dept require to resolve issues
- Attend to most of the accounting calls and e-mails queries.
- Assists Face to face inquiries from other departments
- Responding to accounts receivables related inquiries from the customers /agency and other departments
- Ensure the collection of all monies prior to departure
- Contacting agency or customers via phone, email or combination of both
- Creating reports using Excel and Business Objects
What You’ll Need
- Minimum one (1) year of work-related experience
- Must be fluent in English
- Proficient in MS Office products including good working knowledge in Excel
- Strong organization skills
- Detail-oriented
- Consistency and accuracy
- Ability to work independently, effectively and constructively under pressure
- Excellent communication skills
