We are currently seeking an individual to join our team as a Construction Supervisor for projects in Winnipeg and Southeastern Manitoba.
Primary Responsibilities;
– Work as a team to deliver projects on time and within budget
– Quality through inspections and deficiency resolution processes
– Maintain positive client relations
– Planning, scheduling, supervising and coordinating sub-trades and materials
– Implement best possible construction processes for time and value
Qualifications ;
– 5+ years experience in the general contracting industry
– Formal education related to construction management or equivalent programs (preferred)
– Strong leadership and project management skills
– Motivated and confident with excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Attention to detail, time management and multi -tasking abilities
