Your Role & Mission
As a Sales Development Representative, you will support Supermove’s pipeline efforts by uncovering qualified opportunities. Your main responsibilities will be to penetrate key target accounts by reaching out to ideal customer persona through different platforms.

Role & Responsibilities
- You will discover qualified opportunities by responding to inbound interests and targeted outbound prospects to build rapport and establish long-term relationships.
- You will represent Supermove within different state associations and get engaged with mover members.
- You are curious and empathetic to learn about the moving industry and why they can be adverse to change, specifically when it comes to adopting tech.
- You will be active on LinkedIn and engage with prospects through the platform.
- You will drive top-of-the-funnel lead generation for account executives and sales managers.
- You will update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in our CRM.
- You consistently achieve monthly quota of qualified opportunities.
- You are adaptable and relentless. You understand that change is the only constant in a startup, and you embrace it. You are willing to run through walls to realize our vision.

Skills & Experience
- At least 1 – 2 years of relevant work experience as a BDR in SaaS
- Knowledgeable in systems like Salesforce, Outreach or Salesloft
- Must have done outbound prospecting and know how to research cold accounts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
Expected Outcomes
- Within the first 30 Days:
- Industry
- Understand how a moving company works, starting with our current customers
- Supermove
- Understand the Sales team’s role in overall Supermove business strategy
- Understand and use our “product process” by completing onboarding
- After ramp & onboarding:
- 15 meetings completed per month (meetings booked by SDR where the prospect has shown up to a meeting with the AE)
- 50 dials or more per day
- 40+ emails per day
- 200 accounts worked at any given time
