Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Senior Bookkeeper at Nova Collective Ltd. located in Kelowna, BC. As a Senior Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the daily financial operations of the company. Your tasks will include recording financial transactions, reconciling bank statements, preparing financial reports, and assisting with budgeting and forecasting.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role

• Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures

• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (especially Excel)

• Excellent organizational and time management

Skills

• Attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to handle confidential information

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• CPA certification or equivalent is a plus

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant field is preferred
