Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting: Lead the charge in preparing accurate and timely monthly financial reports, playing a critical role in our financial transparency.
Forecasting and Budgeting Support: Dive deep into data analysis to support and refine our forecasting and budgeting processes, driving strategic decisions.
Data Management: Ensure data integrity across systems with meticulous entry and maintenance, becoming a data quality champion.
System Integration: Partner with IT teams to seamlessly integrate data across platforms, enhancing our reporting capabilities.
Data Analysis: Identify trends, extract insights, and provide actionable recommendations from diverse datasets.
Report Development: Assist in crafting and refining impactful reports and dashboards that inform key business decisions.
Process Improvement: Innovate and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and accuracy across our operations.
Training Support: Develop and deliver engaging training materials to empower users to maximize our reporting tools and resources.
Continuous Learning: Stay ahead of industry trends and advancements in data analytics, continuously enhancing your skills and contributions.

Qualifications:

A diploma in a related field is preferred, but your passion for analysis and eagerness to learn are what really count.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Power BI is a plus.
Basic understanding of SQL is an asset.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
A proactive, go-getter attitude with a drive for learning and adapting.
