Survalent is currently recruiting for a Human Resources Assistant to join the team. The successful incumbent will be responsible for supporting the overall HR function. We are looking for a strong multi-tasker with excellent organization skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following;
Support overall recruitment activity including building job descriptions, posting positions, collecting resumes, reviewing resumes, screening candidates, participate in the interview process, update the internal poster, conduct reference checks etc.
Promote, participate and support the health and safety program including creating and posting minutes, monitor first aid kits and update safety training records.
Assist with building HR policy and programs on an ongoing basis
Conduct new hire onboarding including health and safety orientation.
Work on various HR administrative tasks such as file update, new hire setup, update various HR trackers/metrics, provide assistance on various projects,
Provide reception backup when required
Other duties as required.
The Ideal candidate will possess the following:
University/College degree in Industrial Relations/Human Resources of related discipline
Strong MS Office experience including Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
1-2 years of work experience preferred
Excellent communication skills, ability to multi-task, must be detail oriented and have the ability to complete tasks with speed and accuracy.
High degree of tact, diplomacy, professionalism with the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
