This job requires some days at our office and some days work from home

Surveillance Lanvac Inc is the largest wholesaler of monitoring services in Canada, for over 35 years we have been providing alarm monitoring services through our dealer network across the country.

Operating 24/7 creates some unique opportunities and we are expanding our Evening teams from 15:00 to 23:00.

You must be Bilingual French/English for this position.

· Advise our clients of alarm activity, dispatch police/fire/ambulance as required

What are the requirements to be successful:

· Strong, demonstrated customer service skills

· The discipline to provide amazing service in a work from home setting

• required to be in office 2 to 3 days per week

· A dedicated space to work without distraction or interruption

· Excellent communications skills

· Must be engaging and enthusiastic

· A smiling, positive attitude

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

· BSP License is required, can be obtained on day of hire

Our new team members require access to a computer with a webcam for the first few weeks of their training. After that Lanvac will ship all the required hardware. Access to the internet router (not wireless) is required and not usually an issue for most people.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $17.00-$18.00 per hour
