The Assistant Manager is responsible for assisting the senior management team with various tasks in addition to overseeing the daily operations of the store. These daily operations include but are not limited to: staff scheduling, supervising and managing employees, ensuring customer satisfaction, resolving conflict, maintaining the store as well as ensuring that all policies, programs and regulations are complied with. This role is designed to prepare the successful candidate to take on a senior manager role with the Swift Rent A Car Ltd family.
