Accounts Payable CLERK

MISSISSAUGA, ON

TEMPORARY – Until May 2023

8:30AM – 5:00PM

$22.00/HOUR

RESPONSIBILITES

· Encode all invoices with proper General Ledger account distributions based upon company guidelines to aid in proper Financial reporting of expenses and payments

· Scan invoices into the imaging system for internal processing and document retention

· Print invoices and prepare for mailing to customers

· Examine invoices for compliance to company policy guidelines for invoice approval

· Participate in month end close processes to ensure all invoices are processed

· Perform other duties as required

REQUIREMENTS

· High School Diploma required

· Post-secondary diploma in business, accounting or finance, preferred

· Knowledge of Accounts Payable processes, preferred

· Minimum 2 years in transportation or related industry, preferred

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Excellent computer skills

· Ability to multitask

· Excellent organizational and communication skills
