ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT

Accounting Assistant

In this role you will support the accounting team with Accounts Receivable and Payable functions.

Responsibilities:

You will manage Accounts Payable and Receivable for the organization.
You will enter orders
You will manage collections
You will prepare reports and statements.
You will handle monthly schedules and closings
You will assist with annual audit.

Requirements:

You have an accounting diploma with 3 years of experience in a similar role.
You have a general knowledge of accounting concepts, techniques and principles.
You are detail oriented and accurate
You have strong analytical skills and comfortable manipulating a large amount of data.
You have strong computer skills
You have a positive attitude, trustworthy and interact well with team members.
