ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT TAX PREPARATION

Administrative Support Tax Preparation

Downtown Toronto

$18.00 to $21.00 per hour

In this role you will provide administrative support to assemble tax return deliverables primarily in electronic format

RESPONSIBILITIES:

·         You will assemble final tax returns

·         You will liaise with team to source missing or incomplete files

·         You will electronically file the income tax return on behalf of client

·         You will support other administrative functions

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

·         Post secondary diploma in office systems technology or similar

·         Advanced MS Office skills

·         Previous personal tax preparation experience in both Canadian and US taxes

·         4 years of previous administrative experience

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to collaborate and thrive in a team-based environment
Clean criminal record search required
