Szio+ is searching for a Senior Sales Specialist (Healthcare) with strong sales acumen and aspires to be a sales manager. This will be part of a rapidly growing startup in the natural health space working closely with healthcare practitioners across Canada and the USA.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record of sales working with retailers, pharmacies, and healthcare practitioners. You will understand the process of providing professional education and in-services, provide phenomenal communication, possess persuasive skills and wants to be part of our success journey. The successful candidate will develop new relationships or further develop old ones within the pharmacy and health food store sector and potentially with specialists (Urologists, Gynecologists, etc), NDs, Chiropractors, Integrative Medicine, and other healthcare providers to strengthen relationships with the current customer base.
Territory: Toronto, urban centres across Ontario, and any virtually assigned territories.
This is a full time role for a driven sales representative who is also looking for the challenge of management in the healthcare industry.
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:
- Proven track record of success in pharmacy merchandizing, pharmaceutical or nutraceutical sales and/ calling on Urologists, OBGYN’s and GP’s in Ontario.
- Experience in women’s health products.
- Experience in outside sales management.
- Established relationships with key targeted pharmacists, nutritionists, and physicians.
- Experience calling on pharmacies and understanding the merchandising process.
- Ability to create and implement a sales strategy that ensures you meet personal sales goals, as well as those set by the company.
- Demonstrate high levels of self-motivation, self-discipline and time management.
Required:
- >4 years experience in professional healthcare sales. Field based experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication, organizational and listening skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
- University level education
