Department: Operations, Carrier Management

Seeking a carrier management data entry representative that will ensure his/her team is set for success with accurate system information. The successful candidate will have exceptional critical thinking, multitasking and attention to detail skills; ensuring accuracy and timeliness of data. The key to victory in this role is keeping carrier’s information up-to-date and accurate, updating our computer system, obtaining, analyzing and storage management of cargo loading photos.

Key responsibilities of this position:

• Create and update carrier information in Truckmate computer system
• Manage photos from carriers and our drivers; ensuring they are meeting customer needs
• Send photos to customers within a specified timeline
• Create load confirmations/contracts ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
• Update dispatch board with carrier positions, ensuring pick-up and delivery parameters are accurate.

Trucking experience is not essential. Truck mate or equivalent trucking computer software experience is considered an asset.
