TAAG Looking for Receptionist at Ottawa, Ontario, Canada Full Time

TAAG is seeking a friendly and organized receptionist to join the team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our company and will provide administrative support across the organization. As a receptionist, you will handle the flow of people through the business and ensure that all receptionist responsibilities are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.

• Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
• Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
• Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
• Ensure the office remains clean and organized, including the reception area, boardroom(s), kitchen, and other communal spaces.
• Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
• Maintain both electronic and hard copy filing systems.
• Receive and handle the inventory of office supplies, ensuring essential items are consistently stocked and readily accessible.
• Prepare and assemble client deliverables.
• Process client payments.
• Perform other clerical receptionist duties to support management and other staff.

Candidate Profile:

• school diploma: additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
• work experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role.
• in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe.
• attitude and appearance.
• written and verbal communication skills.
• to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
• organizational skills.
• and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• service attitude.
• (English/French) would be considered an asset.
