Working closely with the AGM, the FOH crew member is responsible for all aspects of delivering a 5-Star experience to every guest. Being obsessed with surpassing not only our clients expectations but your own and live the brand in everything you do.

Love to deliver legendary customer service
Participates in the execution of an innovative menu with an emphasis on fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Working to ensure consistency in quality, portions and cocktail presentation, in a timely manner.
Team environments are where you thrive. Leads by example in working with the crew to accommodate guests with seamless coordination and professionalism.
Maintains food sanitation and safety standards at all times
Passionately and continually seeks ways to assist in the improvement of the restaurant’s product, service and overall operations.
Ability to handle cash
You are ready to jump in and get your hands dirty-you have a willingness to go above and beyond.
Able to lift 25lbs.
WHAT YOU BRING
You have 1-2 years experience within customer service.
Proserve certificate
Knowledge to enforce AGLC rules and safety requirements and policies.
Keen ability to work quickly/efficiently, coordinating and leading preparation of drinks.
Possesses good judgment and attitude, with an excellent work ethic.
Ability to act with patience, tact and courtesy in dealing with team members, Leads, vendors, and guests at all times

A DAY IN THE LIFE – YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events
Check with customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems.
Take food and drink orders.
Us of POS
Communicate dining or order details to kitchen personnel.
Serve food or beverages to patrons
Present menus to patrons and answer questions about menu items, making recommendations upon request.
Clean tables or counters after patrons have finished dining.
Prepare hot, cold, and mixed drinks for patrons
Stock service areas with supplies such as napkins, silverware, chopsticks, menus, lucky putt equipment.
Explain how various menu items are prepared, describing ingredients and cooking methods.
Remove dishes and glasses from tables or counters, take them to kitchen for cleaning
Answering phones to take reservations or to-go orders, and by greeting, seating, and thanking guests., Schedule dining reservations and assist customers with seating arrangements.
Able to organize the assigned work area and efficiently put away orders
