About the Position

In our night dispatch position, you would spend your evenings EXECUTING the plan with our owner operator driver team to pick up and deliver loads each night while also completing nightly administrative duties. Through your effective TIME MANAGEMENT, you would ensure a wide range of tasks are completed each night finalizing tasks from the day and setting up the next day for success.

Monday -Thursday 3pm-1am (10-hour shift – 40 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities

· Driver communication

· Customer communication

· Dispatch system updates

· Order management

· Track and trace

· Customs document processing

· POD requests

· Other admin tasks as assigned

Requirements

· Self-starter with a hunger to learn

· Strong English communication skills both verbal and written

· Strong email management skills

· Ability to work independently

· Exceptional time management and organization skills

· Dedication to succeed

· Minimum typing speed of 55+ wpm

· Solid proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook & Word)

· Dispatch experience an asset
