Job Summary: We are looking for a driven and upbeat candidate to join our Team as a Wind Technician. You will get to work with outstanding leadership and field teams and be part of the Company’s success! Our Wind Technicians inspect, install, maintain, operate, and repair wind turbines.

Signing Bonus for candidates with current GWO Certifications , SGTT, BTT ,GWO-ART

Job Responsibilities:

• Participates daily in morning safety meeting.
• Completes inspection of equipment and tools for safe use.
• Participate in Job Safety Analysis
• Inspect the exterior and physical integrity of the tower.
• Climb towers to inspect, troubleshoot, or repair turbine equipment.
• Replace worn or malfunctioning components.
• Follow maintenance manual and standard operating procedures for performing maintenance on wind turbine parts.
• Complete and validate written and electronic progress reports
• Complete end of day housekeeping.
• Performs other job-related duties.

• Ability to work on a diverse team.
• Ability to use technology apps and devices.
• Must have a valid ID.(Drivers License & Valid Up to Date Passport)

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to climb on a ladder system with tools and equipment to a height of at least 280 feet or higher.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.
• Must be able to climb and work for prolonged periods in potential extreme weather.
• Must be able to enter and exit confines spaces for purpose of accessing mechanical parts.
• Must be able to wear all required personal protective equipment.
• Must be able to work beyond normal operating hours as determined by business demands.

• Current Passport and ability to travel and train in the United States(Required)
• Valid drivers license with an Acceptable driving record / abstract (Required)
• Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Customer focused and able to work with others at all levels of management
• Can work effectively in a fast-paced team environment, with shifting priorities and multiple tasks while following all company and customer Health and Safety procedures and policies
• Ability to climb turbines 280′ or higher inspect, repair & perform routine maintenance
• Operate hand tools correctly and safely
• Ability to kneel, squat and bend as required to perform duties
• Lift up to 50lbs unassisted
