Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly and professional phone and email etiquette

• Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help customers
• Ability to work effectively in a remote work environment, managing time and tasks independently
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM systems or customer support software
• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but not required
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; some college education is preferred
