Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide remote connectivity to Client imaging systems using VPN and other methods
- Perform system level analysis to identify root cause and take appropriate actions for connectivity
- Continuously maintain knowledge of all technical components in the current marketplace, remote connectivity platforms, core use cases, and modality specific configuration procedures including software firewall and connectivity agent as applicable
- Ability to effectively work with internal/external customers during the troubleshooting process
- Ability to work on multiple simultaneous tasks and effectively prioritize to meet targets
- Small to large scale VPN maintenance including migrations and consolidations in partnership with internal/external customers
- Other connectivity duties as requested
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or Associates degree and 3 years’ experience working with IT project/platforms
- Attention to detail and effective decision-making capabilities
- Excellent customer service skills; able to work with customers with various technical skill sets
- Experience with Microsoft Suite
Desired Characteristics
- CCNA, CCNP or CCIE Certification
- Bachelor’s degree or advance technical degree preferred
- Results driven
Experience with the following is required:
Configuring different VPN appliances, routers and firewall platform. Configuring and troubleshooting IPsec, IKE/ISAKMP VPN tunnels, TLS/SSL connection troubleshooting
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 18 months
Pay: Up to $33.00 per hour
