Employer is currently seeking full-time customer service representatives to join our team. As an employer representative, you will have the opportunity to support inbound customer service, help desk, and back-office processing positions for commercial and public sector clients. You will handle inbound calls, troubleshoot technical issues, and build strong relationships with customers while representing some of the most recognizable brands in the world. Responsibilities
- Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve customer issues
- Utilize systems and technology to complete account management tasks
- Recognize sales opportunities and apply sales skills to upgrade
- Explain and position products and processes with customers
- Escalate customer dissatisfaction to managerial team
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
- Swift and accurate typing skills (20+ words per minute)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Basic understanding of Windows operating system
- Highly reliable with excellent attendance and punctuality
- Ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow up on customer issues
- Aptitude for conflict resolution, problem solving, and negotiation
- Customer service oriented with empathy, responsiveness, and patience
- Ability to multitask, stay focused, and self-manage
- Strong team orientation and customer focus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships

- This job operates in a professional office environment
