What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Handle inbound inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide quality customer service and sales support

• Resolve customer issues, escalate dissatisfaction to management, and ensure first call resolution
• Maintain a positive and enthusiastic outlook, be confident, fully engaged, and a team player

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
• Typing speed of 20+ words per minute
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Windows operating system
• Highly reliable with good attendance and punctuality
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Customer service oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong team orientation and ability to build relationships

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Previous experience in customer service, tech support, inside sales, or back-office support
• Additional language skills
