What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Attend job sites to assess damage and provide data for estimates
- Communicate professionally with customers, subcontractors, consultants, and insurance company representatives
- Strengthen relationships with existing and potential customers through business development and accounts management
- Coordinate and attend after-hours emergency jobs to ensure completion of services
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Previous construction, restoration, or insurance experience considered an asset
- Sales experience in related fields
- Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office programs and JD Edwards
- Self-driven to achieve goals and meet deadlines
- Criminal Record Check
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience with Xactimate/Xactanalys
- Knowledge of the insurance industry
