Job Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues and assist customers with product-related inquiries
- Utilize systems and technology to manage customer accounts
- Recognize sales opportunities and apply sales skills to upsell products and services
- Explain and position products and processes effectively to customers
- Escalate customer dissatisfaction to management when necessary
- Ensure first call resolution through problem-solving and effective call handling
Candidate Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
- Swift and accurate typing skills (20+ words per minute)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Windows operating system
- Highly reliable with good attendance and punctuality
- Ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow up on customer issues
- Aptitude for conflict resolution, problem solving, and negotiation
- Customer service oriented with empathy, responsiveness, and patience
- Ability to multitask, stay focused, and self-manage
- Strong team orientation and customer focus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with team members and customers
Physical Requirements
- This job operates in a professional office environment
- Requires sitting/standing for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset
- Regular operation of a computer, phone, copier, and printer
- Occasional movement around the office and ability to lift up to 40 pounds
