TalentWorld is currently looking for reliable candidates to fill various Entry Level Back/Middle Office positions in Markham, ON for its client, a leading Canadian bank. – recent grads are welcome!
The Entry Level Back/Middle Office positions includes but not limited to Data Entry Clerks, Operation Officers, Service Officers, Customer Service and Administration etc.
The Entry Level Back/Middle Office positions must have a good credit history and clear criminal record.
Qualifications
Entry Level Back/Middle Office Qualifications
- Previous experience in related fields (customer service, data entry, administrative support, banking/financial services)
- Intermediate proficiency including MS Word, Outlook, Excel and Access
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills
- 50 WPM Typing Speed
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced or high-volume environment
- Excellent organization, collaboration, and time management skills
- Ability to learn new applications and techniques quickly and effectively is an asset
- Completion of CSC, IFIC, CPA or any other relevant designations is an asset
- Previous banking experience is an asset
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas, etc.) is an asset.
- VBA, Macro experience is an asset
- Working knowledge of credit cards, personal banking products, mutual funds, mortgages, FX products, payment processing, etc. is an asset
- High school education or GED required
- Post-secondary education in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics or related field preferred
Employment Conditions
- Location: Markham
- Contract Duration: 3-months up to 1 year — with the possibility of extension and conversion.
- Pay Rate: $17.00/hr- $23.00/hr
