Located in Woodstock, NB, Canada, Tann Paper Limited is part of a global group of tipping paper and packaging suppliers to the tobacco industry. Tann has operated in Woodstock for over 35 years supplying tobacco product producers throughout North America, Latin America and the Caribbean.
Due to business growth at our Woodstock facility, we are looking to fill a position for Customer Service Representative (CSR). As part of the Sales team a CSR is reliable, with a high degree of interpersonal skills, attention to detail and a willingness to learn and improve.
Duties:
Skills, Knowledge, Experience & Educational Requirements:
· Ability to work in a team environment
· Good judgement and decision making skills
· Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
· Effective time management skills.
· Willingness to learn new tasks and ability to adapt to rapid changes
· Solid computer knowledge and skills, with a focus on Excel and Word and ability to learn order management system procedures.
· Ability to handle complaints and difficult situations.
· Post-secondary education or equivalent.
· Minimum 3 years Customer service experience.
· Bilingualism (English plus Spanish, German, French) is considered an asset.
· On-the-job training is provided.
