Job Description
We are currently seeking to hire an energetic and enthusiastic person to join our team in the role of a full-time Customer Service Representative. We are looking for someone who is extremely friendly, great with customers and has a positive attitude. This position requires exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. This position also requires a basic working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator (or similar graphics programs such as Canva) to be able to create basic artwork mockups.
Responsibilities will include customer service and order entry, but as a small company the successful candidate must be comfortable wearing many hats and will learn all aspects of a screen-printing and embroidery shop. The applicant should be ready for a very hands-on environment that’s exciting and different every day.
